A woman and her lover had carefully crafted a ruthless scheme: eliminate her husband and take control of his entire fortune. Yet neither of them could have predicted what would happen next.

Seated in his wheelchair and facing the waterfall, the man quietly admired the view. The wind brushed through his hair, and his expression carried a surprising sense of peace.
His wife stood directly behind him.
Her lover casually moved into position nearby.
And in that exact moment, the man understood everything.
“Please… don’t do this,” he whispered without turning around. “I know what you’re planning. I’ll agree to anything you want.”
For a brief moment, neither of them moved. Then they exchanged a glance.
“It’s too late,” the woman replied coldly.
The man looked up at them. There was no fear in his eyes—only deep exhaustion.
“I have no one left… please…”
But their minds were already made up.
Without warning, the lover shoved the wheelchair forward with all his strength.
In an instant, it rolled toward the edge. The wheels skidded across the wet rock…
And then the man vanished over the cliff.
Neither of them even bothered to look down.
The woman covered her face, pretending to be horrified. Her lover immediately began shouting.
“He fell! It was an accident! Somebody help!”
Certain that their plot had worked flawlessly, they believed the nightmare was over.

The man slowly lifted his head and locked eyes with her.

A few days before the trip, he had accidentally overheard a conversation he was never supposed to hear. At first, he refused to believe it. But then he started checking every detail for himself.
What he uncovered was even worse than he had feared.
His wife and her lover had been plotting his death.
So he chose to stay quiet.
And prepare a plan of his own.
Over the following days, he discreetly transferred his assets and secured his finances. Every legal document was updated and finalized. By the time the trip was arranged, everything was already in place.
He had even coordinated with a rescue team stationed at the base of the cliff.
He knew exactly what was about to happen.
All he had done was give them the opportunity to reveal who they really were.
“You lost,” he said calmly. “You’re getting neither my money nor your freedom.”
At that very moment, the sound of sirens filled the air.
Seconds later, several police vehicles arrived at the scene.
The woman stepped backward in panic.
“This isn’t what it looks like!” she shouted.
Her lover frantically searched for a way out.
But there was none.
The officers moved in quickly.
The trap they had designed for their victim had ultimately closed around them instead.
